1.1.2 Information That We Do Not Collect or Use. We only collect and use information that is necessary to provide our Services to you. We do notcollect or use (not limited):

  • record telephony conversations. On the rare occasion that we do, we will seek your consent prior to any recordings
  • roaming information (such as the country you were in) as we currently do not provide mobile phone services
  • collect any Credit Card information. Any payments made to us via PayPal obfuscate your Credit Card information so we will not know your Credit Card details
  • We do not sell or pass your Personal Information to any third party (unless you give us your consent at the time for any third party supplier recommendations that we make that be of interest to you)

1.1.3 Visitors to our Websites We may use behaviour tracking technology for visitors to our Websites. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. We may also track click-through links in emails we send.

4.4 Naked Telecom does NOT sell or provide for free any customer information that we have obtained to a third party for their marketing purposes.

5 WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

5.1The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our Suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of Support services. Naked Telecom Ltd will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy policy.
