ADSL runs over copper wire and is the most basic broadband connection available. ADSL broadband is suitable for retail shops, hairdressers, small catering companies, workshops.
ADSL supports web browsing and essential internal and external communications.
For online file transfer and cloud-based services other faster broadband products are recommended. Naked Telecom can advise on the best broadband or Ethernet product for your area.

What is FTTC?
Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) is available within 1km from a cabinet that has a fibre connection directly to the exchange. It’s suitable for most medium sized businesses who require a modest level of Internet speed, reliability and voice services.
Supports web browsing, email, online documents, file transfer, cloud-based services, IP, SIP and VoIP.
For critical business applications, we recommend two lines for improved resilience and speed. For high-speed Internet usage, FTTP or Ethernet may be a cost effective option (depending on your location) to provide optimum connectivity. Naked Telecom can advise on the best broadband or leased line (Ethernet) product for your area.

What is FTTP?
Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) is a fibre connection from the exchange directly to your business. Naked Telecom has a range of options to suit businesses that require a high level of data usage.
FTTP supports high-speed Internet access, large file transfer, in-house hosting, video conferencing and voice.
Depending on factors like availability in your area, Ethernet may be a cost effective option. Naked Telecom can advise on the best broadband or Ethernet product for your area.
Leased lines/Ethernet is more expensive but is guaranteed to be faster and more reliable at all times because it uses dedicated high capacity fibre optic lines. That capacity is dedicated to your use and is not shared with any other user unlike broadband.
Leased lines/Ethernet supports all high-speed data applications and offers improved response and fix times, guaranteed symmetric upload and download speeds, static IP addresses and more.
Naked Telecom offers robust SLAs. Please contact us for detailed examples of the SLAs we offer.
